Since its inception AABEA Southern California has been striving to bring all engineers, architects and computer scientists of Bangladeshi origin residing in Southern California under one umbrella. Our main objectives can be stated in the following manner: 

• Provide a general platform for all members to meet, exchange ideas and build a strong community
• Share ideas, experience and technology in Engineering, Computer Science & Architectural professions in Bangladesh and North America
• Work towards the advancement of aforementioned professions in Bangladesh & North America
• Provide assistance in job search & career enhancement for members and affiliates
• Conduct seminars and other educational programs for younger generation
• Provide mutual assistance and cooperation with other non-political associations
• Help develop feasibility studies of engineering and technological concerns in Bangladesh
• Collaborate with public bodies and other societies for the benefit of Engineering & Architectural professions
• Honor individuals or groups for their significant and outstanding contributions to the profession of Engineering, Architecture and Computer science.
